The AFTAK Corporation is engaged in the distribution to dealers of brand name consumer electronics.
We offer merchandise ranging from 12V to Home Theater to Marine Audio.
We offer a large variety and low prices, so you, the dealer, can maximize your revenues and profits.

Becoming a member dealer
If you are a dealer/reseller and have a place of business, you can become one of our dealer members. Becoming a member is absolutely FREE.
Becoming a member dealer allows you to browse and purchase goods we offer, for the wholesale prices that are posted daily on our web site.

In order to be approved as a member dealer, you must register on our web site. In the registration process you will have to complete a questionnaire about your business, and be able to choose a password for future log-ins.
Note: you must have a valid email address that will be used as your 'user name' when you log-in.

When shopping on our web site, your privacy is 100% protected. Our state of the art server employs the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Your personal and dealer information is encrypted so no one will be able to read it over the Internet. Our site is also protected by the highest industry-standard firewalls, and other cutting edge security products, to ensure your privacy.
Payment methods
Net Terms:
We do offer net terms to our dealers. Our credit department will need to have a completed dealer credit application. The approval process takes about 15 days and our net terms range from ROG to 25 days from invoice date.

Company Checks:
We accept company checks issued by a US banks.
Note: you must complete a credit application, indicating the bank account information from which your company checks are issued.

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa and MasterCard issued by a US bank, and we ship to a verifiable US billing address only. International credit cards may be accepted for dealers that have special arrangements made through our credit department. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your credit card billing address, we will request a signed faxed request from the card holder. We do reserve the right to refuse shipping to any alternate address at our discretion. Shipping to your billing address ensures the fastest processing of your order.

PayPal:
Very easy and safe method of paying for your orders. There you may use Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card and Debit cards, as well as e-checks. We ship to PayPal confirmed USA addresses only.

Cashier's Checks/Money Orders:
We accept Money Orders and Cashiers' Checks issued by a US bank and in US currency. We also accept postal Money Orders. We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the Cashier's Checks/Money Orders payment.

Wire transfers:
Wire transfers must be in US funds. We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the transfer.

Orders
Orders:
As a member dealer you will be able to place your orders on line on our web site. Once the order is in place, you will be contacted by one of our sales representatives to verify and complete the order.

Purchase Orders:
You may also choose to transmit your company signed purchase order for goods that you wish to purchase. In this case as well, a sales representative will call to complete the order.

Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.

International Orders:
Please note that any import fees such as customs, duties, brokerage fees, or others, are not collected by us. It is the dealer's responsibility to be aware of these charges and pay for them upon arrival. Most of the products we sell are US products made for sale in the US only. This addresses several issues: The voltage is 100-120v, not 220-240v as in many international locations. Most items purchased from us will not have warranty coverage out of the US. Car radio products receive different tuning than in most countries. It is the dealer's responsibility to be aware of this and any other pertinent information when ordering.
Returns and Exchanges
Any product that is purchased from The AFTAK Corporation and is DOA (dead on arrival or malfunctions out of the box) can be returned for exchange or repair, depending on the manufacturer's guidelines.

The AFTAK Corporation registers all serial numbers of the merchandise it sells. We only accept goods that were sold by us and that bear the exact original and unaltered serial number that is registered in our database.

In the case of any product(s) being returned for any acceptable reason, the returned item(s) must be complete, in original factory condition and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, blank registration card(s), intact UPC codes, all accessories and software. When the item is shipped back to us it MUST be double boxed. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or its original packaging! We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

- Please do not return a package until you have obtained Return Authorization(RA) #. Any item returned to us without an RA# will be refused and returned to sender. Be sure to properly package your return (double box) to avoid damage. We DO NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition as described above. Dealers are responsible for shipping and insuring their package, at full value. Shipping must be with a reputable carrier with an on-line tracking system. Packages lost, stolen or damaged during a return to us are the responsibility of the shipper. All items returned for repair will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Shipping charges will apply.

- Please do not request an RA# for defective merchandise, if you have not "bench tested" the unit and are sure the defect is associated with the unit itself. Upon receipt, our technical staff will attempt to duplicate the defect you are describing**.

If the malfunction unit we receive is eligible for exchange, we will make all efforts to ship a new unit ASAP. Units that are eligible for repair only, will be sent to the appropriate service station and will be shipped back to you as soon as the repairs are completed. At any rate, the time it takes to repair the item is not our responsibility, but we will make every reasonable attempt to speed up the process.
Warranty Information
Manufacturer Warranties:
Most products sold by The AFTAK Corporation are packaged with the corresponding USA manufacturer warranty and service information. All the products sold on this site are original and unaltered.
Most manufacturers request that their products, if advertised, be at their recommended MAP (Minimum Advertised Price). For you convenience, The AFTAK Corporation is listing all MAP's on its web site.
Once the merchandise has been sold by you, the dealer, to the end user, the manufacturers warranty is enforceable and should be dealt with by you, the dealer, or your client. The manufacturer may refuse to honor the warranty if the item has been sold to the end user via the Internet, by an 'unauthorized on-line dealer'.
The AFTAK Corporation is selling merchandise to dealers/resellers only and the goods are intended for resale to an end user.
The AFTAK Corporation cannot be held responsible for the refusal of a manufacturer not to cover or honor one of their warranties. In the event a manufacturer does refuse to honor one of their warranties, please contact us and we will make every effort to help you obtain service for your item.

TV's & monitors 21" and larger:
These items are not returnable. These items are covered solely by the manufacturer warranty. TV's may not be returned due to a manufacturer defect. Please contact the respective manufacturer for any warranty issues. Most of the larger TV's (27" and bigger) carry an in-home warranty from their respective manufacturers. If your TV arrives with visible damage due to shipping, delivery must be refused and reported to your sales representative immediately. Once the damage is confirmed with the shipping company, an exchange will be provided.
Drop Shipments
The AFTAK Corporation is able to act as a fulfillment center and drop ship directly to your end user customers.
A member dealer that requires this type of service must be approved by our credit department.
All drop shipments are added a nominal handling fee of $4 per box shipped.
We can accommodate dealers to use their own UPS account, when drop shipping from our location (a one time pre-approval by our credit department is needed).
Shipping
Most verified orders are shipped 'same day'. Florida state dealers should expect delivery the very next day.
All orders that are under $2,500 will incur freight charges. Orders that are shipped within the State of Florida and are over $2,500 in value are shipped 'Freight Free'.

For your reference, and unless otherwise indicated, all shipments are FOB our warehouse location in North Miami Florida.

Orders are shipped fully insured and double-boxed for extra protection, with the exception of TV's and Furniture, which are shipped ground delivery by freight truck carriers. Shipments of Big Screen (27" and over), Plasma TV's and most furniture items are made only to the 48 states within the Continental US.

UPS:
We use UPS Services for daily pickups of our shipments. We offer all their services, from 'Ground Service' to 'Next Day Air Service'. Our UPS shipping charges are calculated by our 'shipping calculator', and they are the exact amount that will be added to your order.
UPS shipping charges may also be charged to your UPS account with prior approval

Motor Freight:
We use this method of shipping for items that are either excessive in size or in weight, and are only available to the lower 48 States within the continental USA.
If you, the dealer, choose your own motor freight company, we can ship freight collect.

International Orders:
Please contact our Sales Dept. by phone or email for your special shipping needs, or any additional information that you may require. Tracking information, whenever available, will be provided for your review on-line, in your 'My Account' folio. Additionally, you will be notified by email when your order is shipped.
Shipping to Freight forwarders that are within the Miami-Dade County will incur a flat fee of $25 for shipments of up to 2 pallets and an additional $10 for each pallet thereafter.

Damaged Shipments:
Should your shipment arrive damaged or abused in transit, it is best to refuse it and make a notation of that fact with the delivery person. Please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service Department by phone. We recommend that all palletized deliveries should be box counted before releasing the driver. Any exceptions MUST be noted on the signed BOL by the dealer and the driver

Big Screen and Plasma TV's:
Big Screen (27" & over) & Plasma TV's are NOT returnable. Before signing for such a delivery, carefully examine the contents of the box for external damage or abuse. If any damage is noted, it is best to refuse the shipment. Any external damage discovered after signing for the delivery is the customer's responsibility. Most of our Big Screen and Plasma TV's come with a manufacturer's, in-home, service warranty. In the event that your Big Screen or Plasma TV requires service, please contact the manufacturer.

The AFTAK Corporation will not accept any damaged car audio that is deemed to have been improperly installed. The AFTAK Corporation defines "inadequate handling" and "abuse", but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former and etc.), punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Speaker and/or Subwoofers that will be returned with any of the above problems will be considered 'out of warranty'.

The AFTAK Corporation will not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by warranty. Units that show signs of water damage and/or corroded parts will be considered 'out of warranty'.

Any product that will be returned after they have been installed will only be exchange for the same exact model, if defective. Any cut wires will not be exchanged at all!
